I made these one day when I was bored and wanted to use the blow torch again. I made chocolate cupcakes and put crushed thin mints in them. The meringue was made from egg whites, and I tried to amp up the flavors by adding raspberry powder at the end. The thin mints permeated throughout the cupcakes and left a fresh minty taste, not too yummy. Next time I would definitely not use thin mints and opt for regular chocolate cookies to put in the cupcakes.
