Another s’mores dessert- since macarons are egg white and sugar, like marshmallows, they are the perfect backdrop for s’mores. These are filled with marshmallow and chocolate ganache, dusted with graham cracker crumbs. I made these because I was bored. During the “macaronage”, the process of folding the dry ingredients into the egg whites, I over-mixed the batter, causing the macarons to spread when I piped them. I also underbaked them, so when I tried to remove them from the parchment, many macaron shells cracked. They were still super tasty!
